Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Payment Policy Please note that by booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below, which are confirmed via a signed contract including event date, pricing, and cancellation terms. Free Cancellation: Events cancelled 6 months or more prior to the scheduled date will not incur a cancellation fee, however slot holding fee will apply. Slot Holding Fee: A non-refundable £100 fee applies to reserve your date - event slot. Payment Deadline: All fees must be paid at least 30 days prior to the event date. Late Cancellation: If the event is cancelled within 30 days of the event date, 50% of the total fee will be charged. Failure to cancel in less than 30 days prior event it will result in 100% of the fee being charged. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy and accept sign the contract with customised dates times and cancelation terms.
