Experience the magic of live portrait painting with Event Sketcher. Collaborate with our skilled artist to create a bespoke piece tailored to your preferences, including size, colour theme, and technique—choose from pencil, charcoal, watercolour, acrylic, or oil. Finding the perfect pose is essential, and we dedicate time for this artistic journey, often exceeding two hours at no extra cost, ensuring a comfortable and captivating experience for both model and artist. The contract has to be signed upon start. Out of Kent area travel costs excluded.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Payment Policy Please note that by booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below, which are confirmed via a signed contract including event date, pricing, and cancellation terms. Free Cancellation: Events cancelled 6 months or more prior to the scheduled date will not incur a cancellation fee, however slot holding fee will apply. Slot Holding Fee: A non-refundable £100 fee applies to reserve your date - event slot. Payment Deadline: All fees must be paid at least 30 days prior to the event date. Late Cancellation: If the event is cancelled within 30 days of the event date, 50% of the total fee will be charged. Failure to cancel in less than 30 days prior event it will result in 100% of the fee being charged. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy and accept sign the contract with customised dates times and cancelation terms.
