Service Description
The Full Wedding Art Experience Live artist at your event (*excluding travel and accommodation expenses) Framed Ceremony Painting A beautifully detailed A3 watercolour painting of your wedding ceremony, created live on the day. Larger sizes are available upon request. The artwork will be completed and professionally framed. Live Guest Portraits Throughout the day, I’ll paint live stylish portraits of your guests as they mingle and celebrate. Ideal moments for this include the quieter period after the ceremony while formal photos are being taken, and again following the wedding breakfast and speeches. Painting/drawing speed might vary depending on dress code, costumes, ect. What’s Included This package offers up to 10 hours of artistic coverage, beginning one hour before your ceremony, ensuring the key moments and relaxed in-between times are captured with creativity and heart. I have an assistant with me who helps to take photographs if the guests are not willing to pose.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Payment Policy Please note that by booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below, which are confirmed via a signed contract including event date, pricing, and cancellation terms. Free Cancellation: Events cancelled 6 months or more prior to the scheduled date will not incur a cancellation fee, however slot holding fee will apply. Slot Holding Fee: A non-refundable £100 fee applies to reserve your date - event slot. Payment Deadline: All fees must be paid at least 30 days prior to the event date. Late Cancellation: If the event is cancelled within 30 days of the event date, 50% of the total fee will be charged. Failure to cancel in less than 30 days prior event it will result in 100% of the fee being charged. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy and accept sign the contract with customised dates times and cancelation terms.
